| The application of the medical endoscope in the field of modern medicine is becoming more and more wide.It is very easy to damage the tiny blood which is rich in the human organization when doctor take precision operation such as anatomy.The picture will be enlarged by the medical zoom endoscope for the convenience of the observation by doctors.A optical system of digital zoom laparoscopic object lens is simulated by ZEMAX software in this paper,the overall diameter is less than 10 mm,zoom section overall diameter is less than 6mm,the imaging size is about 6mm,the focal length is continuous three times zoom from 5mm to 15 mm,and the final system field is evaluated,the MTF is greater than 0.6 when the transfer function is set in 40 lines,the diameter of the dispersion spot is less than 0.05 mm,the distortion can meet the requirement of the zoom lens,the corresponding cam curve and zoom objective mechanical diagram of the zoom optical system are given.The tolerance of the system is analyzed and the final tolerance requirements of the system a re given.At present,there is no example of adding a zoom objective lens to a medical endoscope on the market.Compared with the adapter zoom design,the imaging quality is more stable and has higher practical application value. |
