| The precise light-path switching device,as an equipment for separating and coupling light path,has been widely used in complex multi-function imaging equipment now.In the multi-function microscopy workstation,the traditional light splitting device is not capable of the demand for switching multi-channel optical path with the high-precision and high stability.Therefore,it is significant to study a kind of precise light-path switching device used for multi-functional microscopy workstation.In this thesis,we design a precise light-path switching device,which is used for multi-functional microscopy workstation with the core bilayer turning light changing mechanism.Therefore,the equipment meets all the requirements of microscopy workstation and the integration of imaging system with multi-functional module in the future.This thesis has completed several contents of the following precision changing light equipment:(1)We have completed the summary of the domestic and international status of the precise light-path switching device.We have investigated the conventional spectrometer and imaging module commented with the precision changing light equipment.At last,we states the significance of studying the precise light-path switching device.(2)We have studied the principle of precise light-path switching device separating and coupling light with different wavelengths.Based on the functional requirements of the ipsilateral imaging,multi-channel and spatiotemporal division,we have completed the entirety design of changing light equipment with high stability and precision.(3)We have designed the optical structure of spectrometer with a core dichroic mirror,and realized the mechanical structure design with the indispensable turntable light path and location slider.Therefore,the instrument possesses the high integration,miniaturization and aesthetics.(4)With the solid-state lasers and scientific camera(CCD),we have built an experimental system and analogized the error measurement of the precise light-path switching device.The trial error result shows that the precise light-path switching device meets the design requirements and realizes the function of high precision,multi-channel and spatiotemporal division. |
