The stabilization accuracy of line of sight(LOS)is the most important technical index to measure the performance of the photoelectric stabilized system.Higher accuracy means higher imaging quality and better detect and attack performance.Because of the disturbances, the accuracy of LOS is influenced. The traditional PID control strategy is unable to satisfy the performance requirements of the system. So,it is necessary to explore the effective control strategy to improve disturbance rejection capability and improve the stabilization accuracy of LOS.In this paper,a photoelectric stabilized platform with two axes and two frames is taken as the research object, conducted the application of active disturbance rejection control in stabilization control.Firstly, analyzed the disturbances that affect the accuracy of LOS in detail.Analyzed and modeled the key components of the platform, obtained the model information of the platform by system identification method. Then proposed the design method of linear extended state observer with model information, called MLESO.Based on MLESO designed model-based linear active disturbance rejection controller called MLADRC.The effectiveness of MLADRC is verified on the Quanser hardware in loop simulation platform. Then designed MLADRC for the platform, carried on a series of comparison experiments with LADRC and PI controller in MATLAB software. The results indicate that MLADRC can makes the system possess the best performance. At last designed MLADRC controller for the speed loop in DSP.The experiment proves that the MLADRC controller can effectively improve the stabilization accuracy of LOS.
