In order to guarantee the stability of the precision optics equipment during the satellite running on track,the active vibration isolation system needs to provide a good running environment for the precision optical equipment in view of the micro vibration environment on the satellite.This thesis is about the research and development of supporting equipment for the precision field,according to the work of precision optical equipment needs,designed a vibration active control system to suppress and isolate vibration.The cube Stewart mechanism is used to isolate and suppress six degrees of freedom,depending on the large impact at the time of satellite launch and the weightlessness during orbital operation.The use of piezoelectric ceramics as an actuator and the use of flexible hinges as a connector,to ensure large axial stiffness and good dynamic response characteristics,and in order to ensure the displacement output design of the displacement amplifier.With the cubic structure of the Stewart mechanism as the control object,the inherent characteristics of the multi-degree-of-freedom vibration control are deeply explored.The mechanical structure,kinematics and dynamics of the active vibration isolation system,the multi-degree of freedom control strategy and algorithm,the signal conditioning circuit and the software system are discussed and explained separately.According to the analysis,the embedded hardware system and real-time control strategy with high performance microprocessor as the core are put forward.The work of hardware and software system for the active vibration isolation control system is completed.The hardware system is divided into main control unit circuit and signal conditioning circuit.The conditioning circuit is responsible for the accurate acquisition of the sensor signal and the stable output of the actuator signal.The unit circuit provides a platform for software implementation.The software system is divided into the host computer and the lower computer software.The lower computer software is responsible for the implementation of the algorithm and the control strategy.At the same time,it interacts with the host computer software to ensure the normal receiving and sending of the data.The host computer software is responsible for the relevant parameters and instructions handle,provide a good human-computer interaction interface,so that the operator can better observe the real-time running state.A single degree of freedom experiment platform was designed and a prototype of a multi-degree-of-freedom vibration isolation platform was designed.The performance of the prototype and the hardware and software system was tested,and the feasibility of the algorithm and the vibration isolation performance of the platform were verified.Experimental results show that the control means effective,vibration isolation effect is good.
