Synchronous reluctance motor that adopts the structure of conventional laminated rotor has the characters of simple,reliable structure and easy to manufacture and low cost.On the condition of the same power and frame size,the motor driven by inverter is more efficient than the conventional induction motor and has good prospects of applications.It's necessary to accurately detect the real-time position of the rotor to implement the coordinate transformation and closed-loop speed control for vector control.Position sensors are ordinarily utilized to obtain the position,increasing the control system cost and reducing the reliability.Besides,position sensor is hard to use to some special occasions such as submersible motor with long distance transmission lines.So it's vital to study high performance sensorless vector control.The sensorless vector control based on rotating high frequency voltage injection is applied to synchronous reluctance motor in this paper,focusing on the algorithm when speed of the motor is low.The structural characteristics,operating principle,mathematical model of synchronous reluctance motor are analyzed and summarized,and according to this paper's actual situation,the vector control with constant d-axis current control is adopted.The principle and characteristics of traditional rotating high frequency voltage injection is studied.Aiming at the problem of calculating the position by the arctangent algorithm,the phase-locked loop is introduced.Rotating high frequency voltage injection for synchronous reluctance motor without bandpass filter is proposed to reduce the position tracking delay and relieve the burden of control chip.Simulation of the sensorless vector control for synchronous reluctance motor is carried out by Matlab/simulink to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.Then an experiment platform of sensorless vector control for synchronous reluctance motor based on TMS320F28335 DSP is set up and relative programs is written for experiment research.The results of simulation and experiment verify the validity and accuracy of the sensorless vector control.
