In recent years,China has become one of the fastest growing country with the largest number of underground tunnels in the world.Shielding construction is widely used because of its economic rationality in specific conditions.However,multi subjectivity,complex environment and technical system,inappropriate behaviors and frequently interaction between the construction workers,lead to frequent occurrence of security incidents at the construction site.Therefore,the study on the prevention of accidents in the process of shielding construction is the key issue in security management.From this point,this paper builds a safety simulation system for shielding construction based on the modeling method of multi-agent system to simulate and analyze the process of dynamic interaction between the workers,the shielding machine and environment in different scenarios,through which possible accidents can be predicted and safety management level can get further improved.The demand of multi-agent simulation system for shielding construction is taken as the start point,then the overall business process is analyzed.The system framework based on character modeling is constructed,and the function and internal model of each agent is introduced.In order to solve the problem of collaboration and synchronization between agents,the director platform agent and time management service are applied to this multi-agent system,which decouples the time service from business modules and greatly enhances the maintainability and extensibility of the system.The director platform uses reactive agent model and builds “condition-action” rules based on business constraints to manage simulation scenarios and time information and to control the simulation process.For the problem of time synchronization of the system,active external synchronization is taken,which fully ensures the parallelism of all agent and guarantees the logical relationship between the simulation events as well.And then the modified time synchronization algorithm based on constraint rules about the time state and node state is put forward to solve special situations,such as the compatibility of the environment module,loss of time synchronization message and abnormal drops of the agent.In order to analyze the security adaptability of shielding construction,first,relevant experiment factors are extracted according to professional knowledge and experience and the parameters system of the simulation experiment is established.Secondly,under the condition of invariable in other factors,experiment scheme is worked out to explore the effects of those factors of same type on accidents.Then the method of sequential branch is put forward to solve the dimension disaster of multiple factors design.At last,two approaches on level selection of experiment factors of the workers are proposed to provide a reference for the following comprehensive design.The director platform agent and time management service designed in this paper,involving researches on the agent model and time synchronization,solve the problems of MAS controlling,collaboration and synchronization.During the procedure of design of simulation experiment,sequential branch is adapted to get rid of the dimension disaster caused by overall experiment,which ensures the quality of experiments and reduces the latter analysis workload.
