| With the economic globalization and the rapid development of the shipping industry,ocean shipping transportation has been occupied growing proportions in national trade.The large amount of shipping transportation has not only consumed much energy but also caused serious air pollution.how to reduce operational fuel consumption and decrease air pollution has become one of the pursued goals of green ship.Ship route planning is an indispensable part of the ship navigation process,especially in transoceanic crossing ship routing.The soundness of ship routing not only affects the safety of ship navigation but also the operation economy and environmental protection.The research on dynamic ship routing is based on the weather routing technology,making full use of dynamic marine meteorological information and electronic charts geographic information with intelligent information processing technology.And dividing marine space into grids to form the basis for waypoint candidates and using intelligent algorithm to accurately search the optimal route to further improve the safety and economics of ship navigation route planning.During the ship routing,speed loss affected by wind and wave has been mainly considered and an efficient hybrid IACO-GA algorithm is chosen to achieve multi-objective ship routing optimization.The main characteristics are as follows:(1)A leg feasibility analysis method based on ArcGIS has been introduced.By ArcGIS spatial analysis techniques,constructing a buffer of the coastline and detect whether candidate segments intersect the buffer to help judge the segments’ feasibility,which can impove the safety of ship navigation and the efficiency of route search.(2)The multi-objective optimization has also been introduced to further improve the safety of ship navigation.Balance both the safety and economical efficiency of ship sailing,an aggregate objective function which is fuel consumption adds risk qualification value is used to seek the optimal route.And for different performance ships,fuel consumption and risk weights can be adjusted.(3)The introduction of multi-objective optimization method for mixed route planning,to further improve the safety of navigation of the ship.In the hybrid IACO-GA algorithm,MMACS,the combine of ACS and MMAS has chosen as a basic framework,which GA crossover and mutation operators is merged in to improve the global search ability of IACO.In the process of according to real-time weather information calculating their costs to evaluate the quality of these ship routing so that the direction of the search process is clear,applying real-time speed loss calculation and route cost calculation based on dynamic programming to achieve more accurate route planning.The dynamic routing system is developed on JAVA when the ArcGIS Engine 10.2 is secondary development platform.The system includes several function modules: basic operation on electronic chart,route planning,system display.In a word,the system provides a scientific tool for assisting determining routes and has a great practical significance. |
