| Deep foundation pit engineering is a complicated underground engineering,theory and practice show that the use of three dimensional finite element method can more fully consider the entirety and spatial effect of the Foundation and its support structure,can obtain more accurate deformation and stress state of the soil around foundation pit and its support structure.This paper takes the deep foundation pit engineering in Wuhan as the research object,by using the analysis software ANSYS to establish three-dimensional model of foundation pit,the whole process of deep foundation pit excavation is simulated,has a analysis of the horizontal displacement of crown beam,lateral displacement and bending moment of row piles,axial force of internal support.In addition,this paper discusses the deformation and stress state of foundation pit support structure under different earth pressures and the column and the support are connected in different connection forms,and some basic conclusions are drawn.1)based on the scene geological data and the original design scheme,combined with the foundation pit engineering,building 3D model of deep foundation pit and its supporting structure by ANSYS,using three-dimensional finite element analysis to simulate the laminar excavation,to obtain the internal force and deformation of the soil and the supporting structure in the row pile,and have a comparative analysis of calculated data and monitoring data,give a analysis to find out the locations and the reasons for differences,summarize the internal force and deformation distribution regularities of soil and supporting structure.2)as the foundation and its supporting structure has strong spatial effect,in practical engineering,different distribution of soil pressure around the foundation pit will have different effects on the excavation and its supporting structure,this paper simulate the deep foundation pit under different soil pressures,the stress and deformation of the supporting structure of foundation pit are compared and analyzed,and some basic conclusions are drawn,can provide some reference for the similar practical engineering in the future.3)this paper consider the column and the strutting beam connection problems and give the 3D modeling calculation on the column and the strutting beam with rigid connection and hinged connection,to obtain the internal force and deformation of the soil and the supporting structure in the row pile,based on the results of the analysis showed that when the connection of the column and the inner support beams by rigid connection to be hinged connection,supporting axial force has a great change and there is a tendency to decrease,but the deformation of foundation pit and its supporting structure is not changed much.So that,the different connection forms between the column and the inner support beam only have great influence on the axial force of the inner support beam,does not have much impact on the deformation of the whole foundation pit and it will not have too much influence on the safety of foundation pit.4)this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the design and construction of foundation pit support structure,according to the analysis of the supporting structure in the row of piles,It can provide some reference for the design and construction of the supporting structure of the type of foundation pit in the future,and then help to improve the design and construction of foundation pit engineering technical and economic indicators. |
