With the rapid development of national economy,all walks of life is also growing demand for electricity,the power quality concerns are increasingly high,while in the power system due to the introduction of nonlinear components will appear harmonic pollution,the problem of harmonic monitoring is essential,harmonic steady-state harmonic and transient harmonic monitoring,the steady-state harmonic also there are some research history,even transient harmonic monitoring problems except in the initial stage,the current problems existing in the power harmonic monitoring in the power supply system also has some problems,on the one hand,due to the current electricity load continues to increase,a large number of high power inverter and the use of equipment,inevitably some nonlinear and the impact of the use of electricity equipment such as electric arc furnace,the rectifier will cause serious harmonic pollution to the power grid,the power quality can not be guaranteed,and It threatens the security and stability of the operation of the power grid.This involves the problem of power quality monitoring.In the power grid,there exist not only steady state harmonic pollution,but also transient harmonic pollution.Steady power quality problem has been studied for a long time,and there has been a consensus about its harm.The transient power quality related research is relatively less effective,the transient power quality and steady-state power quality monitoring is very important,in addition to power grid harmonic are fundamental,because the fundamental frequency may shift,so it is necessary to correct and complete the measurement and measurement of the basic frequency.On the other hand,when a point of transmission line fails,it will generate fault traveling waves propagating to both ends of the line,so we need to analyze transient traveling waves and locate fault points accurately.So it is very important to monitor and analyze the harmonic and traveling wave in the power grid.In view of the above problems,in order to design a set of high-performance monitoring and control terminal devices,it can not only realize basic electric quantity measurement,harmonic monitoring,but also realize traveling wave fault location and other functions.This paper mainly studies the design of harmonic monitoring and basic electric quantity measurement.Because of the existence of non synchronous sampling,the harmonic detection will produce the spectrum leakage and the fence effect.It is a difficult problem to accurately detect the harmonic signals.With the development of the theory of harmonic analysis,the requirement of hardware implementation is becoming more and more high.In order to verify whether the improved FFT algorithm can meet the accurate detection requirements of harmonic signals.A scheme of hardware implementation and verification with ZYNQ as the core of the estimation correction algorithm is proposed.It introduced the performance of various window functions,and the design principle of FFT algorithm,FFT algorithm,design and valuation module through the valuation method,and can meet the IEC 61850 protocolmeasurement standard,aiming at measuring algorithm has big error measurement precision is not enough,the FFT valuation correction algorithm a high sampling rate measurement method,solves the limitations of the previous device does not have a unified standard of measurement.The experimental results show that the hardware implementation circuit of the algorithm has the characteristics of small error range and good stability,and can satisfy the accurate detection of harmonic signals.In this paper,the hardware platform of ZYNQ-7020 hardware for the new algorithm based on the first through the Xilinx IP core design with vivado software,using Hanning window FFT transform and signal processing,at the same time window after the window,and then design a improved method to measure and calculate the valuation of the amendment to the 1-50 harmonic frequency and amplitude.And the harmonic signal of the measured power value.Comparing the measurement results with the simulation data on MATLAB,the error scope is very small.It not only verifies the correctness of the correction algorithm,but also can accurately and accurately analyze and measure the harmonic frequency components,and achieve the design of harmonic monitoring part.
