High-order elliptical gear pump is a high-efficiency elliptical gear as a high efficiency volumetric pump.In the process of continuous rotation of the high-order elliptical gear rotor in the pump chamber,the area of the area swept through the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter is larger and the variable volume is formed,and the large displacement fluid is transported in the vehicle,oil,Chemical and other fields with broad application prospects.However,the large flow pulsation with large displacement limits the use of the pump,which exacerbates the dynamic performance of the pump.Therefore,it is very important to suppress the large flow pulsation of the elliptical gear pump.Based on the comparison of the working principle and structure of the external meshing cylindrical gear pump and the high-order elliptical gear pump,the instantaneous flow and displacement formula of the high-order elliptical gear pump are deduced.The large displacement of the pump is verified by theoretical calculation.The influence of rotor eccentricity and order on displacement and pulsation is analyzed.Based on the characteristics of flow pulsation of high-order elliptical gear pump,the pulsation stabilization scheme of high-order elliptical gear pump driven by non-circular gear is proposed.The displacement and flow formula of high-order elliptical gear pump are established,and the different design parameters The influence of the flow characteristics on the stabilization and the influence of the flow characteristics are optimized,and the main structural parameters of the pulsation stabilization are optimized.The scheme of the variable speed drive elliptical gear pump is proved to be simple and reliable,and the pulsation is low.The influence of rotor eccentricity,rotational speed and load torque on the vibration characteristics is analyzed.Based on the combination of MATLAB and Pro/E,the dynamic model of variable speed elliptical gear is established.And the dynamic response of variable speed elliptical gear pump transmission system is analyzed by ADAMS,which is verified by theoretical analysis.The experimental scheme of variable speed driven high-order elliptical gear pump is designed and manufactured.By analyzingthe actual flow law,the correctness of the variable-speed elliptical gear pump scheme is verified,which lays the theoretical foundation for the application of variable-speed elliptical gear pump.
