With the rapid development of urban tridimensional traffic,the associated safety problems have been emphatically considered.The emergence of the subway tunnel connection channel provides a reliable method for solving the security problem.Because the positional relationship of the subway tunnels in space is different,there is a height difference in the arrangement of the connected aisle.In different layouts,the frost heaving produced during the freezing process often has different effects on different tunnels.This article relies on the freezing method of construction of the tunnel passage between Hong Kong Road Station and Sanyang Road Station in the first phase of Wuhan Metro Line 7.Through the combination of numerical simulation and physical model test,the engineering case is studied in detail,which provides reference for similar engineering design and construction in the future.First,numerical simulation is carried out by using finite element software.Typical parameters are selected to study the average temperature and average thickness of frozen wall.Then the force and deformation law of tunnel lining and the influence on the ground are analyzed.The initial ground temperature,the starting time difference of the staging freezing,the tunnel depth and the tunnel height difference are selected for single factor test,and the influence of these factors on the stress and deformation of the tunnel lining is studied.And the influence of various factors on the stress and deformation of tunnel is obtained through orthogonal test.Secondly,physical simulation experiments are carried out based on similarity theory.The engineering prototype is modeled and the whole freezing test is carried out.The test data of temperature field,displacement field and stress and strain field are obtained,and the stress and deformation law of tunnel lining are analyzed.Finally,the results of finite element numerical calculation and model test are compared and verified.The universality of the whole freezing project is comprehensively analyzed by means of qualitative analysis.And the research prospects of the follow-up work are putting forward.
