At present,our country is developing prefabricated construction.The traditional steel beam-column joints due to complex problems such as excess weld,site construction run counter to the prefabricated building "refinement" manufacturing philosophy,so it need to make a breakthrough in the field of beam-column joints,and through a lot of experiments and theoretical research to promote the development of prefabricated construction,to meet the needs of practical engineering.Aiming at the present situation,this paper use a new type of square tubular column-H-shaped steel beam prefabricated semi-rigid joint for the overall steel frame,and the way of the combination of the full scale test and the finite element numerical simulation was carried out by semi-rigid steel frame of the research work.It mainly studied the semi-rigid steel frame under vertical load bearing mechanism,failure form,static performance,applicability,etc.,it also analyzed influence of joint stiffness on overall elastic properties of semi-rigid steel frame,and put forward a simpler design method of semi-rigid steel frame.For full size prefabricated semi-rigid connection steel frame applying vertical concentrated force in the beam span,the overall static performance test of it is carried out,and this kind of new type of semi-rigid connection steel frame static properties and the failure mechanism is researched.Experimental results show that this kind of semi-rigid connection steel frame beam under concentrated load in the mid-span zone of beam have good bearing mechanism,and the frame beam(especially in the mid-span zone)has a large deformation and serious damage,while the frame node area and frame column have high security.By establishing the finite element model same as the experiment with ABAQUS finite element analysis software,it research the semi-rigid steel frame damage forms and the overall static performance,and it analyzes the stress and strain distribution in key areas,the results show that the finite element analysis results was coincident with the test result.At the same time,by establishing the pure welding beam-column connection steel frame model,it found that under the vertical load the semi-rigid connection steel frame have larger stiffness and bearing capacity than pure welding connection steel frame.In addition,the paper also analyzes the influence of the three overall parameters(column distance,axial compression ratio and load on the beam)on the static performance and applicability of the steel frame.The results show that the new type semi-rigid joint have a good applicability.The influence of axial compression ratio on the stress state of semi-rigid steel frame is mainly focused on the column,while the influence on the frame beam and the parts of the joint area is very small.When the total vertical force is the same,the internal force and deformation of the semi-rigid steel frame when the frame beam is subjected to the concentrated load in the span are larger when the frame beam is subjected to the uniformly distributed load.Finally,by establishing the multistory semi-rigid steel frame model group with different beam-column joints stiffness with SAP2000 structure analysis software,it analysis the influence of joint stiffness on overall mechanical properties of semi-rigid steel frame under the vertical load,at the same time,it still made the elasto-plastic analysis of multistory semi-rigid steel frame for the practical design and application of semi-rigid steel frame.
