Research And Application Of Agricultural Machinery Production Planning Management Technology Based On BOM Data Association

In the management of farm machinery production,the management of agricultural machinery BOM(Bill Of Material)is the most important thing.The informatization and intelligent reform of agricultural machinery BOM management technology is the most important part of improving the entire agricultural machinery production management technology.In the ideology of farm machinery production management,the agricultural machinery BOM serves as the core data and is the basic data flow in the entire agricultural machinery production planning management.Therefore,the granularity,convenience and clarity of the data management of the agricultural machinery BOM directly determine the complexity and efficiency of the entire agricultural machinery production management process.Reasonably processing and improving the BOM data of agricultural machinery plays an important role in the improvement of the production management technology of the entire agricultural machinery enterprise.In this paper,a production plan management system based on BOM data association for enterprises is established to solve the problems of low informationization,irregular management of agricultural machine BOM,and relatively inefficient production planning management of a certain agricultural production enterprise in Xinjiang.The specific research work is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of agricultural machine BOM in agricultural machinery production enterprises,a multi-view model of BOM in agricultural machinery production management system was established.According to the demand of agricultural machinery production management system,the data structure of agricultural machine BOM multi-view was analyzed,and the mapping of agricultural machinery BOM in agricultural machinery production enterprise was established.Type,the mapping relationship between the design BOM of the agricultural product and the manufacturing BOM of the agricultural product is given.The product configuration of the agricultural BOM is performed using the modular technology.(2)In order to solve the problem of difficulty in converting farm machinery BOM in agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises,a BOM data association transformation model suitable for agricultural machinery enterprises was established.The relationship between agricultural machinery product design BOM and agricultural machinery product manufacturing BOM was analyzed,and the agricultural machinery product design BOM to agricultural machinery product manufacturing BOM was proposed.The conversion algorithm realizes the associated transformation of the design BOM of agricultural machinery products into the manufacturing BOM of agricultural machinery products.(3)The characteristics of the current agricultural machinery production demand plan were analyzed.According to the actual production situation of a certain agricultural machinery production enterprise in Xinjiang,the reverse agricultural machinery production demand plan was used to implement the reverse agricultural machinery production demand plan,and then the reverse agricultural machinery based on the material bottleneck was proposed.The production demand planning algorithm implements the scientific management of the production plan of the agricultural production enterprise.(4)For the business process of agricultural machinery production enterprises,the overall framework of the agricultural production planning management system based on BOM data association is proposed,the functional model of the system is designed,the working principle is explained,and the data flow of the system is analyzed,according to the existing agricultural machinery enterprises.The information platform has designed and built the system database.Finally,the development of agricultural machinery production planning management system based on BOM data association has been realized,and it has been well applied in agricultural machinery production enterprises.
