With the increasing degree of automotive electronics,the number of electronic control units used in automobiles has gradually increased,and the vehicle-mounted communication systems are moving in the direction of information and intelligence.As the main technology in the vehicle-mounted communication information system,automotive bus control plays a key role in real-time processing of various data information in the vehicle-mounted information system,which ensures the stability and reliability of the vehicle operation.The main buses currently used in automotive information systems are the LIN bus,the President of CAN,and the FlexRay bus.These buses are used in different parts of the car according to the different characteristics of these three types of bus to maximize the benefits.However,these three bus protocols are not the same.Different bus networks cannot achieve data sharing,which is not conducive to the intelligent development of automotive automobiles.Therefore,designing a scheme for realizing data transmission between different car bus networks is of great significance to the development of in-vehicle network information.This article is devoted to the research on the networking design of automotive CAN bus and FlexRay bus,in-depth analysis of the CAN bus protocol and FlexRay bus protocol,and gives the hardware and software design plans respectively,and implements the CAN-FlexRay bus networking design.This article first discusses the important role that the vehicle-mounted communication system plays in the development of the vehicle.From the perspective of the development of the bus,it demonstrates the significance of the bus technology for the development of the vehicle-mounted information system.After in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the CAN bus protocol and the characteristics of the FlexRay bus protocol,the high-performance MC9S12XF512 microcontroller is selected as the core of the protocol conversion in the hardware circuit module,and the peripheral bus,bus driver,and bus transceiver are designed to design the CAN bus node and The FlexRay bus node adopts the modular programming idea in software and designs the networking program of CAN bus and FlexRay bus.Finally,the network testing and analysis experiment is carried out,basically meeting the design expectations.Aiming at the delay problem of data forwarding,an improved weighted rotation algorithm is adopted to greatly improve data forwarding efficiency.This paper provides a theoretical basis and reference value for the research on the networking of automotive CAN bus and FlexRay bus.
