With the rapid development of modern sorting systems, the application and development of technologies such as integrated logistics,SCM,ERP,and Internet of Things have brought tremendous challenges to the optimization of human-machinebased research in sorting systems.Since then, the manual and mechanized stages have gradually shifted to a digitally integrated working mode,in which the operator's operating mode has also undergone a corresponding transformation.Short-term hazards caused by heavy physical labor are no longer the main targets of optimization.Research on mid-and long-term impacts is gradually deepening and detailed. The recognition and decision-making of complex tasks are also slowly being investigated by researchers. This paper systematically stratifies the tasks in the work environment and extracts the human-computer related content. From the perspective of multi-level task analysis, two parallel clues are introduced through single-task analysis and multi-task analysis.(1)In the analysis of single task, through the study of musculoskeletal disorders(MSD)and human-computer knowledge transformation,QFD and AHP are used to optimize the design decision process. In the reasoning of the demand matrix, the investigation results of the MSD are translated into practical user demand vectors, and the operator's working postures of each operation link are obtained through the motion capture tool, and various parts of the operator are simulated through the computer-assisted ergonomic tools. The burden is assigned to each product module, the relationship matrix is established, and finally, the human-machine knowledge transformation method is proposed for design decision-making requirements and applied to the examples.(2)In the multi-task analysis, combined with the multi-resource model and multitask management research techniques, the influencing factors in the task transition process are detected one by one.Under the combined framework of channel-burdenflow,six experimental paradigms were set up,and cross-experiments were conducted for OT difficulty,multi-channel stimulation, and process paradigm to obtain data, and factors influencing multi-task conversion efficiency were proposed. And it helps us to more clearly explain the operating characteristics of the execution control system in task conversion.
