Owing to the complicated working condition of overhead crane,the main girder of the characteristics of big span overhead are susceptible to shock and vibration,the dynamic rigidity of the structure has a great influence and driver's comfort.Ever paid attention to only for the research of stiffness of main girder structure security,without considering human comfort.For these reasons,this paper applied the human ergonomics,dynamics and finite element method(fem)knowledge of overhead crane was studied the following aspects:First of all,this article models the overhead crane in ANSYS software,studies the theory and steps of the static analysis module of the finite element analysis software,verifies the reliability of the traditional calculation method,and does the worst working conditions in the working process of the overhead crane.analysis.The load-bearing analysis of the main girders of the six types of static girder cranes is carried out to obtain the static stiffness at the position span,1/4 span,and 1/2 span of the six main static girder allowable grades.The dynamic stiffness values are analyzed to obtain the influence factors of the dynamic stiffness of the overhead main beam and the trend of the dynamic stiffness when the influencing factors change.Secondly,through the finite element analysis software,the overhead crane crane girder main beam cross-end position,1/4 span,1/2 span position dynamic stiffness calculated value,the use of ergonomic content of the stance and posture of the body caused by poor Impact analysis is done;point out that the cab seat needs to perform vibration attenuation.Finally,the lifting operation stage of the overhead crane is divided,and the system is simplified into a two-mass-two-degree-of-freedom vibration model,and the kinematic differential equation of the lifting mechanism in the pre-tensioning stage is established.Finite element analysis software was used to analyze the pretensioning time.Six kinds of overhead crane cranes with static stiffness allowable grades are located at the 1/2 span of the main beam,and the acceleration peak under sudden lifting conditions is analyzed to study the change trend of the peak acceleration.
