| Gear transmission is an important transmission form of mechanical equipment.Among them,the involute spur gear is widely used in the fields of automobile,aviation,chemical industry and light industry because of its wide transmission speed and power range,easy lubrication and installation and maintenance.In engine accessory gear transmission,about 90% use spur gear drive.But at high speed,the impact and vibration of the spur gear drive will be amplified,and the system factors such as shaft deformation,bearing clearance and box deformation will be more severe,causing more severe system vibration,resulting in larger noise and large life span of the aero engine accessories gear transmission.Lower.In this paper,through the finite element method,the influence factors of the meshing impact and the gear vibration of the spur gear are completely simulated and analyzed,and the influence factors of the spur gear vibration are studied through a series of simulation calculations.This is valuable for the control of the meshing vibration of the high speed spur gear of aeroengine accessories.The following conclusions can be drawn from the study.(1)tooth tip interference in gear engagement will cause meshing impact,causing the gear to fluctuate to the contact force and the speed of the driven wheel,and form the impact peak.In addition,because of the error caused by the manufacturing error of the gear,the tooth surface deformation in the meshing process will form a "comprehensive joint deviation",which will aggravate the impact of the gear meshing.(2)under the high speed condition(the speed of analysis in this paper is 25000r/min),the meshing vibration of the gear will become extremely violent,which leads to the phenomenon of the meshing in the gear meshing,and the contact force and the sharp fluctuation of the rotational speed will be caused by the appearance of the stripping phenomenon.(3)The modification of the gear top can effectively reduce the meshing impact effect under high speed conditions,so that the contact force of the gear pair and the fluctuation of the speed of the driven wheel are greatly reduced.The maximum modification has great influence on the modification effect,and the optimal modification of gear can be obtained accurately by simulation.(4)The partial load of gear pair,the side clearance,the center distance and the load torque of the driven wheel will affect the meshing vibration of the gear.The gear meshing condition can be effectively improved by adjusting the center distance of the gear,selecting the appropriate backlash value,controlling the partial load of the gear and adjusting the load torque of the moving wheel,so that the vibration of the gear can be controlled at the lowest level.(5)The optimal design of the gear transmission system of a product is good for the running state of the gear box,and the contact force of the gear and the fluctuation of the output speed of the system are greatly reduced,and the force state of the box is also optimized. |
