In recent years,individuals have increasingly higher demand on comfort.It is a hot topic,which is known as the technology and application of heating separately in hot summer and cold winter zone.Being a new air conditioning terminal,pipe radiation system has properties of high comfort and energy conservation.ASHP keeps at a high level of energy efficiency rate when it runs in hot summer and cold winter zone.Therefore,this paper did research on heating separately in Chongqing based on ASHP and pipe radiation system.As for residential buildings,intermittent heating did better in energy saving.However,given that the differences of construction between north and south of China,we can’t come to a conclusion directly that intermittent heating is our best choice.Firstly,according to habits of different people and temperature set point,this paper studied on the impact of response and attenuation speed.Secondly,a control strategy about intermittent heating has been developed and verified based on measured data.On the rest of this paper,in order to make a deeper improvement on comfort degree and energy saving,a study about transparent construction has been finished by DB software.A recommendation is expected to be put forward by Economical analysis methods and related provisions.Last but not the least,with regard to urban resident building,the impact of living habits and temperature set point on power consumption and response speed has been discussed.
