With the economic and social development,the current urban construction has achieved remarkable results in China.During the urbanization process,the population has increased dramatically,and the economy and society have undergone transformation and adjustment.However,the construction of urban security has lagged behind,social conflicts have become increasingly prominent,and public security problems have become increasingly apparent.At the moment when China’s urban rail transit system is being built on a large scale,the rail transit system has gradually become an urban spatial element and integrated into the city.As rail transit is a large-volume,punctual,and convenient public transportation method,gathering and dissolving people flow in cities has become the focus of attention in behavior safety in urban space.Rail transit stations are crowded,streamlined,compact,and connected to urban spaces.Users are integrated at rail transit sites,which raises higher requirements for behavior safety in space.The passenger flow at the rail transit site is not continuously stable.Due to the spatial differentiation within the city,the passenger flow at the rail transit site fluctuates due to the superposition and exchange of the urban space and time distribution,and the morning and evening peaks of the separation of jobs and residences are more obvious.Focusing only on site security,it is easy to cause excessive protection,urban space is wasted,space efficiency is not fully utilized,marginal cost is too large,and efficiency is low.How to ensure that the site space is safe,and on the basis of it,explore ways to improve space use and quality.Taking human as the main body,the fluctuation passenger flow under the dynamic of time becomes the key and opportunity for the problem.First,it introduces the research background,existing related researches and theories,and proposes the research methods and framework of this paper.Passenger flow fluctuation is the objective regularity and normality of urban rail transit stations.According to the characteristics of volatility,it proposes to increase the space value of rail transit stations on the basis of ensuring basic traffic safety.Second,people-oriented,from the passenger flow analysis of the site’s problems.By analyzing the essential causes and characteristics of fluctuating passenger flow,the needs and behaviors of crowds at rail transit stations are generalized,and the different states of passenger flow are varied to construct different design goals.Then,according to the established volatility passenger flow design goals,combined with the disciplines of security,behavior,traffic science and architecture,the special study of the peak passenger flow security issues.Through the Chongqing rail transit site with a complex space environment as the case,combined with other representative sites,the risk and accidents of crowd gathering are analyzed,and the behavioral safety factors under the peak passenger traffic circulation are summarized according to the accidents that have occurred.At the spatial design level,the design of behavioral safety accidents is discussed.In addition,according to the characteristics of passenger epidemic and spatial causes,security-strategies are proposed and security-oriented design goals and strategies are proposed.From the perspective of urban design,architectural,landscape,infrastructure design,natural environment characteristics and management,combined with the behavior-space relationship of the crowd,from methods to means,combined with existing cases,and research cases to discuss security design strategies and their collaborative relationships.Immediately,security is the basic guarantee,and on the basis of it,build an elasticstrategy.Special study on the elastic design strategy in the state of volatility.Build the goals and principles of the elastic design and divide them hierarchically.According to different principles,the corresponding design strategies are proposed and summarized.Finally,the outlook for research findings.This article summarizes the whole,summarizes innovations and deficiencies,and proposes directions and recommendations for follow-up research on safety and volatility.
