Research On Urban Historic Street Landscape Renewal And Reconstruction Based On Environmental Behaviourology

Historical streets are the basic carrier of people's living space and the essence of each city's cultural characteristic throughout time.Therefore,it has attracted the attention of all walks of life.Due to the rapid rise of Chinese economy and the rapid development of urbanization,the demand for the functions of urban streets is stricter and stricter.But the historical streets,because of the long time of space layout and the aging facility configuration already could not satisfy the people's demand of using their functions.Therefore,the upsurge of the renewal and transformation of historical streets has been gradually set off.At the present stage,most of the design concepts of historical streets focus on protection,and the means of transformation are the same,lacking of people's consideration and thinking about the real needs of street functions.based on the knowledge theory of environmental behavior studies and the result of investigation,from the point of view of humanization,a systematic design scheme is designed for Taiyuan Food Street which accords with people's comfortable feeling and meets the functional needs of the users,and a new research method is put forward for the humanized design of the historical streets in the city in order to awaken people's attention to the design of historical streets,and improve the needs of historical streets for people's living environment and quality of life.Based on the scientific system of environmental-behavior studies and the particularity of historical streets,this paper puts forward new scientific concepts for therenewal and transformation of historical streets.Relying on psychology,ergonomics,architecture and many other sciences,the paper combs the differences between the interfaces,sculptures,sketches,plants and ordinary streets of the historical streets,and on the basis of the field investigation of Taiyuan Food Street,in order to explore the urban historical street reconstruction scheme which can effectively solve the functional needs of different groups of people under the premise of cultural inheritance,the author hands out questionnaires and carries out surveys and interview,,quantifying evaluation results of different groups of people.
