Energy dissipation structure system is a new aseismic structure system,it sets up the energy dissipation device in a certain part of the structure.Under wind load or small shock,these energy dissipation devices and structures have sufficient lateral stiffness to meet the requirements of normal use.When a large earthquake occurs,with the increase of lateral deformation,the energy dissipation device first enters the inelastic state or produces obvious hysteresis motion,and provides additional damping.Dissipate the seismic energy and quickly attenuate the vibration response of the structure,so as to avoid the obvious inelastic deformation of the main components,and protect the main structure and components.At present,a variety of energy dissipation devices have been developed at home and abroad,and the application of viscous dampers is the most widely.Therefore,the quality of the viscous dampers should be controlled by the mechanical performance test.In the test of viscous dampers,it is found that the hysteresis curve of the viscous damper shows a more obvious friction characteristic under the slow speed test.At this time,the frictional force takes up a large proportion.Under the slow speed test,the force of the viscous damper is regarded as the internal friction force,and the ratio of the internal friction force to the maximum force of the damper is analyzed,and the ratio is over 10%.The viscous dampers with the above performance are called viscous dampers with internal friction.The viscous dampers with internal friction exhibit two characteristics of viscous and frictional,it is the form of a viscous damper in parallel with a rigid friction damper.Compared to the viscous damper with and without internal friction,the performance changes,therefore,the mechanical properties experiment should be increased in the detection of viscous damper of internal friction,but the viscous damper test method in the present is no test method about the internal friction damper.In this paper,based on the experimental results of internal friction viscous dampers,a new formula for calculating damping force is proposed.Study on the analysis method of internal friction viscous energy dissipation system under seismic response,acalculation method is given to provide additional damping ratio for structure with internal friction viscous dampers.On the basis of the above research,The software design method of internal friction viscous damping damping structure is introduced,and the implementation of this method in software SAP2000,In addition,the effect of internal friction viscous dampers on the seismic performance of the damping structure is analyzed in detail with specific engineering cases.The conclusion of this paper is based on the analysis of engineering examples in the paper,hoping that the analysis results can provide references for future development of local energy dissipator test standard.
