It is well known that the healthy operation of the power grid is inseparable from the good health status of the power equipment.Guangdong Province belongs to the subtropical climate area with high temperature,and humid,rainy weather conditions,which produce adverse effects on the safe operation of substation equipment,especially to the anti-fouling ability of the silicon rubber umbrella skirt sheath and the reactor encapsulation surface.Therefore,anti-pollution and anti-wet abilities of the equipment insulation are crucial factors for the safe operation of power grid.In recent years,inspection on the silicon rubber umbrella skirt sheath and reactor encapsulation of substation equipment in the Guangdong area shows that their anti-wet performance decrease fast along with aging,which is affected by the hot and humid environment.This may lead to concentrated outbreak risks of insulation faults.In specific to above problems,this thesis studies the inspection and repairing techniques for the insulation anti-wet problems and applies them to the practical operation.Silicone rubber has been widely adopted as the insulation material for power system equipment at different voltage levels.From application we found its disadvantages,including cracking,peeling and easy to be cut as coating.Also,the hydrophobic performance will decline or even completely lost under adverse weather and outdoor conditions,such as fog and haze.Then flashover and fault will occur.Although the reactor encapsulation adopts the glass fiber epoxy resin as insulating material,similar declining phenomenon of the anti-fouling ability as the silicone rubber exists under high humidity environment,which will result in moisture intrusion and internal insulation damage.Combined with engineer practice,performance test and disintegration analysis are carried out on some silicon rubber umbrella skirt sheath and reactor encapsulation with serious cracking or aging states.Then analysis on the aging mechanism and reason are discussed.The anti-fouling repair technology are studied and applied in practice.Main works of the thesis includes:1.Analysis on the aging factors of the silicone rubber umbrella sheath is carried out;2.Analysis on the reactor burnout examples is carried out;3.The features for identification of the aging degree of silicone rubber umbrella sheath is analyzed and the aging evaluation system of umbrella sheath is established;4.The anti-wet coating and its repair technology for the silicone rubber umbrella sheath is studied;5.The anti-fouling paint and its repair technology for the reactor sealing is developed;Works of the thesis provide good reference for the inspection and repair of the anti-wet and anti-pollution ability of substation power equipment in subtropical climate areas.
