Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has maintained rapid growth.Rising living standards,people's demand for fish and meat and seafood aquatic products are also increasing year by year,in order to meet the public demand for a better diet,the national cold-chain scale Steady growth.The rapid development of the cold storage industry has brought about an increase of energy consumption.Many experts and scholars in the field of refrigeration have analyzed and studied the energy consumption of the cold storage refrigeration system and put forward many measures and ways to save energy.However,the traditional method of saving energy consumption of cold storage has very limited potential.Therefore,this paper proposes a refrigeration method driven by the combination of solar energy and mechanical power to cool large cold storage.The main principle of the joint drive is that when the solar energy is abundant in the daytime,the solar ammonia absorption refrigeration unit is used to subcool the liquid supply of the mechanical work refrigeration system.In the evening,the power consumption low stage and the mechanical work refrigeration unit separately cool the cold storage room.According to a cold storage project of a company which is in feasibility demonstration stage,the design of the cold storage is six layers,covering an area of 7000m2,a height of 24 m and a capacity of 62,800 tons of cold storage.Then through the complex model of the thermal load calculation of the cold storage,selection and configuration of the appropriate compressor,condenser and chiller.After that,the heat collecting system consisting of 1920 CPC-U type vacuum tubes was reasonably arranged on the cold roof and a single-effect ammonia absorption refrigerating device matched with the solar heat collecting system was designed by Aspen Plus software.The device COP In the heat source temperature 110 ~ 130 ? working conditions for 0.44 ~ 0.52.Finally,the economic analysis of the large cold storage refrigeration unit driven by the combination of solar energy and mechanical power is carried out.The calculated investment cost is 7.5553 million yuan and the annual equivalent income is 866.8 thousand yuan.The static investment recovery period is 871 years.The discount rate is calculated at 8%,and the dynamic payback period is 1686 years.Through the thermal analysis and economic calculation in this paper,it can be concluded that the project of large cold storage refrigeration unit driven by the combination of solar energy and mechanical power is practically feasible with significant economic returns.
