With the constant improvement of torpedo peformance,its function and structure become more and more complicatied,which brings more difficult challenge to testing and fault diagnosis of torpedo and puts forward higher requirement to the design for testability.In addition,the closer the project comes to an end,the harder the design for testability of torpedo to be rectified and the greater the economic cost.Therefore,to solve the testing and fault diagnosis of torpedo fundamentally and achieve fast and accurate fault detection and isolation,it is necessary to coordinate the issues of testability,maintainability and supportability,and to carry out study on the design for testability of torpedo from the initial stage of project development comprehensively and systematically.Taking a certain thermal heavyweight torpedo as the research object,this dissertation carrys out the research on testability modeling method and application for torpedo to improve the current design for testability of torpedo,provide theoretical support and method basis for the future engineering design for testability of torpedo.The results have important theoretical significance and engineering application value.The main contents are as follows:(1)Starting from the three dimensions of the user demand,the physical characteristics of torpedo and the technical constraints of the acquirer,the influence factors of testability requirement for torpedo such as mission requirement,reliability requirement,maintainability requirement,supportability requirement,performance requirement,function and structure requirement and technical constraints are analyzed qualitatively with the analysis of testability requirement essence,and the torpedo requirement information is clarified.Through the correlation analysis of torpedo demand information and testability requirement,the method used to carry out torpedo testability requirement analysis is proposed,and the testability qualitative requirement of torpedo is designated.(2)Combining with engineering practice,the testability parameters of torpedo are determined through analyzing testability parameters.Based on the analysis of characteristics and applicability of the commonly used testability index allocation methods,a testability index allocation method based on analytic hierachy process is proposed to allocate testability indicators of torpedo.Through the comparative analysis with the allocation results of common allocation methods,the applicability of the proposed testability index allocation method in the torpedo testability assignment is verified.(3)Based on comparative analysis of the current commonly used testability modeling methods,multi-signal model is proposed for torpedo testability modeling;The basic principle,structure and generation method of fault-test dependency matrix are introduced.And the related theory and method of the dependency matrix analysis,static analysis,testability prediction and diagnosis strategy generation based on multi-signal model are clarified and analyzed,which provides theoretical foundation for the follow-up research on torpedo testability modeling application.(4)Taking a certain thermal heavyweight torpedo as research object,a modeling method of torpedo testability based on multi-signal model is proposed.Then,a testability model at whole toepedo level is constructed by using the software TEAMS.Testability analysis and index prediction are conducted to provide the basis for improving the design for testability of torpedo.Considering the timing characterisitics of torpedo systems,the collaborative operation flow and the feasibility of test synthetically,the diagnostic strategy of torpedo is constructed,and the feasibility of this modeling method is verified.
