As one of the important means to solve the energy shortage problem,wind power has gradually increased in the regional power grids,but the uncertainty output of wind power has brought new problems to the reactive voltage control of regional power grids.Double-fed and direct-drive wind power units have certain reactive power adjustment capabilities.In order to make full use of these wind power devices and solve the voltage problem after wind power access,the regional power grid can better accept the access of wind power better,including wind power areas.The problem of grid reactive power and voltage optimization has become the focus of current research.This paper investigates the method for optimizing the coordination of reactive voltages for regional grids and wind farms under wind power and load uncertainty scenarios:Firstly,the characteristics of reactive power regulation in regional power grids are described.The reactive power regulation characteristics of capacitors,transformer taps and fans are analyzed.The reactive power output ranges of double-fed fans and direct drive fans are given.Secondly,capacitor and transformer taps are used as decision variables,and the daily reactive power model on the regional power grid side is constructed with constraints on the number of actions,and the real-time double-layer of the regional power grid is proposed on the basis of the error of the previous forecast.The reactive power optimization model treats wind power output and load uncertainty as interval constraints.The upper layer uses the minimum grid loss of the regional grid as the optimization goal,and the lower layer uses the worst scenario of the grid operation to reduce the network while satisfying the voltage operation requirements.Loss,taking into account safety and economics.Thirdly,the method for calculating the available capacity of reactive power on the wind farm side is given.The strategy for reactive power optimization allocation on the wind farm side is analyzed.The goal is to meet the regional power grid dispatch target and the minimum network loss in the field,and the field is determined according to regional grid dispatching instructions.With the internal control variables,the reactive power distribution model of the station inside the wind farm was established.Finally,the Qinhuangdao region power grid and incorporated wind farms are used as examples to verify the model,which effectively proves the objectivity,validity and accuracy of this model.
