With the rapid development of thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology,the product specifications of hot-rolled strip are becoming thinner and thinner,and there is a tendency to develop towards thinner specifications.In many areas,hot rolled strip steel and ultra-thin strip steel have been widely promoted and applied,and the prospect of market development is very broad.As an important index to evaluate the quality of strip steel,the plate shape has been paid more and more attention in hot-rolled strip steel production.At present,the widely used hot-rolled shape measuring roll is basically non-contact,the testing precision is low compared with the contact shape measuring roll used in cold rolling production line.In this paper,a type of contact type shape measuring roll detecting unit for hot rolling is designed.Under the condition of being able to adapt to the high temperature condition of hot rolling,direct contact with the test roller can make the strip shape information more accurate and effective,and the surface of the strip will not be scratched.On the basis of the structure design,the structure of the detecting unit is analyzed,which provides the foundation for the practical application of the roller.At first,based on the analysis of flatness detection technology and equipment at home and abroad,the main roller body structure of flatness detection roll is designed,including the inner diameter and outer diameter of roller body,and the design of the detecting unit structure and the material selection of each structural component.Secondly,based on the stress analysis of the structure of the shape measuring roll,a mechanical model of shape measuring principle was established,and a mathematical model suitable for shape measuring principle of the structure is established.Thirdly,analyze the deformed state of the shape measuring roll,establish the detection sensitivity model of the roller,and optimize the two main structural parameters that affect the detection sensitivity,namely the thickness of the roller body at the top of the sensor and the diameter of the hole for installing the sensor assembly.Finally,the model of the temperature field of the shape measuring roll and the equivalent heat transfer coefficient model of the roller surface are established.The finite element simulation of the temperature field and heat transfer during the working of the test roller is performed to obtain the distribution of the steady temperature field of the roller body and the variation of the surface temperature of the piezomagnetic sensor with time,and the maximum temperature of the surface of the piezomagnetic sensor under different working conditions is analyzed.
