During the operation of the project,the hydraulic cylinder must produce friction.The friction causes the tracking error of the hydraulic cylinder and the magnitude of friction also reflects the relative performance of the hydraulic cylinder.According to the friction signal detected in the hydraulic cylinder,the performance of the hydraulic cylinder can be judged,at the same time,the corresponding physical quantity can be measured to determine whether the cylinder needs to be offline.In this paper,the mathematical model is established based on the hydraulic cylinder of the school experiment.Moreover,the Lugre friction model is analyzed and discussed and the deficiencies are improved and then applied to the established hydraulic cylinder model.The parameters of the model are identified by genetic algorithm.According to the parameters identified,the change of friction force and the influence of friction force on the operation of the hydraulic cylinder are compared under different parameters.Then,a second order system is selected as the controlled object,and a random disturbance signal is added to the control system to simulate the friction phenomena in the system.A genetic algorithm is designed to identify the friction model parameters of the velocity-friction data identification system.And by writing Matlab program to realize this identification simulation,get the friction model parameters.Finally,the friction force in the running process of the hydraulic cylinder is tested through the on-campus experiment.Combined with the test cylinder of the hydraulic laboratory in the university and a hydraulic cylinder factory in suzhou,the data of the friction force in the hydraulic cylinder are collected and tested.And the experimental data are collected and processed to obtain the velocity-friction relation curve.By comparing the friction of different states and their corresponding physical quantities,this paper finds out the basis of direct observation and application of the detection of the lower line of hydraulic cylinder.
