| In the space,there is a small probability of failure,the space agency will not start moving parts happen,but after a period of time,activity and restore normal boot,this phenomenon is called stagnation.The stagnation phenomenon is a typical mechanical failure,whose essence is that the resistance moment is too large to start at the time of jam,which causes the motor to be unable to start.Deng Huan in order to solve this problem,puts forward the extreme conditions of binding mechanism of thrust ball bearing,bearing Dong Guoshuai studied on determining the criterion of binding,the binding mechanism: the microgravity satisfy district rolling element bearing special place,make the bearing temperature conditions the preloaded generate additional classes,from starting to make bearing extra additional moment,resulting stagnation phenomenon.Based on the above assumption,the rigidity factor is considered from the angle of bearing and system,and the bearing is analyzed by mechanics.Based on the theory of micro deformation and rigid ring,through the analysis of the micro deformation of bearing,calculates the ideal model of bearing load and stiffness,fixed mechanical model,it is concluded that the micro deformation under the condition of bearing torque variation coefficient and torque calculation results.This result is a reasonable explanation of the influence of stiffness change on bearing torque.On the ground for further explain stagnation phenomenon,has carried on the experiment under the condition of gravity,based on the binding mechanism analysis and established the equivalent condition of experiment,design processing and the corresponding experiment,the binding conditions of the bearing is simulated,through experimental research,verified the extreme conditions of thrust ball bearing the correctness of the binding mechanism. |
