The ultra-high pressure of hydraulic system has the advantages of reducing installation weight,improving equipment manufacturing level,saving installed space and achieving highly integrated system.And the hydraulic pump is the core power element of the ultra-high pressure hydraulic transmission system,its performance directly affects the performance of the ultra-high hydraulic system.The high pressure condition will increase the force between the piston and the swashplate,intensify the friction and wear of the friction pairs,and further affect the performance and life of the piston pump.Therefore,the analysis of the mechanical properties of the friction pair and the friction and wear characteristics of piston-swasplate friction pair on the ultra-high pressure axial piston pump are of great significance to the structural design and material selection of the friction pairs of the ultra-high axial piston pump.In this paper,the friction pair of the ultra-high pressure axial piston pump with flat valve type is studied.The structure and working principle are introduced.The finite element method is used to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the friction pair.The experimental research method is used to analyze the friction and wear characteristics of the friction pair under different materials,loading forces and rotating speed conditions.(1)Analyzing the principle of the ultra-high pressure axial piston pump,establishing mechanical model and finite element model of friction pair,analyzing the stress and strain of the friction pair,which provide theoretical support for friction and wear tests under ultra-high pressure condition.(2)The friction and wear characteristics under the same loading force and different rotating speeds are measured by tests.By analyzing the variation of friction coefficient,temperature rise,wear amount,surface morphology and surface roughness of the friction pair,the friction and wear properties of the friction pairs at different rotational speeds are obtained.(3)The friction and wear characteristics under the same rotating speeds and different loading force are measured by tests.By analyzing the variation of friction coefficient,temperature rise,wear amount,surface morphology and surface roughness of the friction pair,the friction and wear properties of the friction pairs at different loading force are obtained.The result of finite element analysis and the friction and wear properties of the friction pairs are taken into account to obtain the material of the friction pair suitable for the ultra-high pressure condition.
