The permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in aerospace,military industry,civil industry and daily life because of its simple structure,high efficiency,small size,convenient maintenance and so on.In the high-performance speed control system for PMSM,in order to get excellent speed performance,the double closed-loop feedback speed control mode,current inner loop and speed outer loop,is applied mostly.The PI regulator is generally adopted in ACR and ASR,but it responds slowly and difficult to debug.The PI regulator has large overshoot and other issues.Aimed at avoiding the disadvantages of PI regulator,a scheme of adaptive robust sliding mode controller was proposed to replace the PI regulator in the paper.In order to realize the high-performance closed-loop control of PMSM,the speed loop feedback needs the rotor speed information.The rotor position-speed sensor is generally used to collect relevant data,for obtaining accurate rotor position and rotor speed information in real time.The use of sensors not only increases the cost of the system,but also increases the complexity of the system,and reduces the reliability and stability of the system.To a certain extent,it restricts the application and popularization of PMSM.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the sensorless control technology of PMSM.In the paper,the sliding mode variable structure control method was used to estimate the rotor position and rotor speed of PMSM aiming to realize sensorless control.This paper mainly completed the following aspects of the work:1)On the basis of studying a large number of literature and documents,this paper elaborated the significance of this study and the development present situation of PMSM control system,and discussed the different realization methods of sensorless control technology.2)Based on the analysis of the structure and operation characteristics of PMSM,the author studied vector control theory for PMSM in detail,and established the mathematical model of PMSM in different coordinate systems using vector control technology.Then the simulation models of PMSM and SVPWM were built in MATLAB/Simulink,and the paper analyzed the existing problems of PMSM vector control system through the simulation.3)The paper analyzed the traditional sliding mode variable structure sensorless vector control system of PMSM,and pointed out its shortcomings through simulation analysis,and then put forward the control scheme of the improved sliding mode observer.The simulation results proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.4)The disadvantages of the existing PI regulator method were pointed out,and a scheme of adaptive robust sliding mode controller was proposed to replace the PI regulator.Then the traditional PI controller system and robust adaptive sliding mode controller system were simulated and compared.The simulation analysis result verified the feasibility,effectiveness and superiority of the method.
