In recent years,The development of high-speed trains is a sign of the advance in railway industry.Our purpose including running faster,travel farther,running safer and more stable.With the the requirements of high-speed trains increasing,the dynamic effect between the wheel and rail is more complex.The wheel wearing as the key factor affect the wheel and rail contact,and it has a impact on high-speed train operation quality.Have a research on the influence of wheel wear from the perspective of vehicle dynamics is very important.The research is meaningful to develop high speed railway,to reduce the operation cost and improve the running quality of high speed railway.In this paper,the LMA wheel profile with different worn stages from CRH2 EMU have been measured,in the survey.In the survey,it was found that wheel tread profile worn badly.For analyze the influence from wheel worn,a high-speed train model with three-vehicles was established in SIMPACK.The model was based on the Kalker simplification theory and vehicle-rail coupling dynamics.And the wheel profile data with different worn stages were imported to the model.This paper summarizes the dynamic performance changing when the high-speed train passing through the curve,the influence from the wheel with different worn stages,the dynamic performance comparison from the three vehicles and the vibration distribution of different positions on the train.The research provides a certain theoretical basis for the vibration reduction measures and designs in the high-speed railway.The dynamic performance of the multi-vehicles is better than one vehicle,and more realistic results can be obtained by studying the train with the three-vehicles model.In this three-vehicles model,the middle vehicle have the highest safety index in curve;With the wearing of the wheel profile,the wheel matched with different types of rails,but the dynamic performance have the same variation rule.The train with?type wheelhave the best dynamic performance,meanwhile the wheel wearing stability;By comparing the wheel matched with60kg/m rail and 60N rails,founded that the wheel/rail lateral force and lateral creep force of60kg/m rail are less than 60N rails.LMA-type wheels match with 60kg/m rail can get better curve dynamic performance.The wheel and rail profile have a great influence on car body,bogie,wheel vibration characteristics.The lateral and vertical vibration energy in same location increases with the wearing of the wheel profile.When the wheel matched with 60N rail,the vibration changes more stable;During the vibration energy transmission in vertical,the vibration energy from the wheel to the frame and the frame to the vehicle body decreases step by step.The axle suspension system can effectively suppress the transmission of high frequency vibration and the air spring system can effectively suppress the transmission of low frequency vibration.The lateral and vertical vibration energy of each vehicle are different in the longitudinal distribution.Because of the middle vehicle is restricted by the head and rear vehicle,the lateral vibration is more fierce,and the rear vehicle vibration is the largest.The car body vibration performance can be improved by adjust the damping characteristics between two vehicles.
