Fault Diagnosis And Analysis Of Variable Speed Hydrodynamic Coupling

Whether hydrodynamic coupling operate reliably,it have a significant impact on the construction of the national economy.we can predict the possible failure if we study on analysis of hydrodynamic coupling fault monitoring and diagnosis.It ensures long term,safe and efficient operation of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling.Meanwhile,it provides reference for management and maintenance man and it produces huge potential economic benefits,great research value and practical significance.This paper is based on reality and it is analyzed and studied taking YOT_CGP650hydrodynamic coupling as an example.The main researches are as follows:Firstly,it investigates the faults of YOTCGP650 hydrodynamic coupling in two petrochemical plants of Dongying and statistically studies the fault-pattern and data.It concludes that the high incidence area of fault include support device,oil supply equipment,gearing and working medium.It summarizes and analyzes the fault-pattern of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling by FMECA method,finds the more harmful fault-patterns and determines the main failure points.Secondly,it proposes the fault monitoring and diagnosis method and designs the fault monitoring system of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling.The fault monitoring system includes the selection of test parameters,the determination of test points,hardware configuration,the determination of failure criteria,etc.It develops the fault monitoring platform of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling based on the LabVIEW software.It develops the communication function between LabVIEW and mobile terminal and realizes the remote monitoring and remote operation of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling.Additionally,based on the fault monitoring platform of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling,it studies fault diagnosis and treatment process of the main failure points and it provides reference and guidance for the maintenance personnel.Finally,this paper introduces the application of fault monitoring platform for variable speed hydrodynamic coupling and it can realize The functions of fault diagnosis,signal storage and signal playback.It lays the foundation for the deep research of the fault monitoring for variable speed hydrodynamic coupling.
