The failure of aluminum alloy car body is mainly fatigue failure,especially in the welded joint,the fatigue behavior of the welded joint should be pay more attention to the fatigue failure behavior of the welded joint.For each new design of the car,it is required to carry on the anti fatigue performance simulation analysis of the key welds in the design stage.Research shows that the existing vehicle body anti fatigue performance simulation analysis needs to be modeled,strength analysis,data extraction,fatigue assessment of several processes,more time-consuming.At the same time,there are still some problems in the analysis process,first of all,a lot of welded joints is similar,whether it is necessary to completely re analysis,there is no reference data;secondly,the existing general BS and IIW fatigue assessment of welded joints based on the standard,all kinds of body,in fatigue conditions,are all in line with the corresponding joint classification,and there is no detailed definition.In view of this,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the main fatigue analysis methods used at the present stage,namely,the nominal stress method and the main S-N curve method,the welding joints of the two methods are analyzed respectively;(2)To study the particularity of fatigue life of aluminum alloy car body material during welding process,and to analyze the welding structure of each body welding joint of CRH380 B high speed emu;(3)According to the EN12663 standard,applying fatigue load,finite element simulation,model extraction of typical weld joint of CRH380 B,the application of two kinds of fatigue evaluation of fatigue life assessment of load and structure impact on the classification of the regularity after.To determine whether the joint is the standard connector,on standard connector,can be directly used to guide the design,using the nominal stress method for fatigue strength assessment,joint of non-standard,example research different influence of welding structure and loading mode for fatigue strength;(4)To complete the database application function,combined with the EN15085 standard,the nominal stress method,calculate the welding joint stress factor,and then according to the safety needs,determine the welding quality level,give the welding safety inspection opinion;(5)The establishment of welding database,all welded joint information into the database and the establishment of a temporary form of files in a database query,modify,update and other functions,the establishment of inquiry system,create high speed EMU welding fatigue evaluation platform,complete the development and application of database.
