With the rapid development of modern industry,the use of cycloid pin gear reducer is more and more widely.In this paper,the cycloid pin gear reducer is a kind of two cycloid gear,which has the advantages of compact structure,wide transmission ratio,beautiful appearance,high reliability and so on.Compared with the developed countries,the domestic research on this type of reducer is still in the initial stage,so it is necessary to study the reliability of the swing drive.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The structure and working principle of cycloidal pinwheel reducer.The domestic and foreign cycloid reducer development and research status at home and abroad,the mechanical reliability analysis method of reliability analysis of related concepts and Research on the reliability of the present situation,summarized,provides a theoretical basis and background support for the research of the cycloid gear reducer reliability analysis.(2)FMEA analysis of cycloid pin wheel reducer.According to the FMEA table and the scoring criteria,the expert scoring method was used to evaluate the severity,severity and detection of each failure mode and calculate the risk priority number.The establishment of fault tree according to the cycloid reducer parts failure mode,through the qualitative analysis of fault tree to find the minimum cut set;then carries on the quantitative analysis,the probability of bottom events were scored using expert scoring method,and the use of normal fuzzy numbers to represent the bottom event probability of occurrence,the calculation of top event based on expert the score on the results of the occurrence probability and probability importance of bottom events,according to the probability of bottom events important to find out the influence of the size of cycloid reducer reliability of key parts.(3)Calculate the reliability of the key parts of cycloid reducer.Based on the interference theory of stress strength distribution,a mathematical model for calculating the structural reliability of key parts is established.By using MATLAB software,the distribution of contact stress and contact fatigue strength of cycloid wheel is analyzed.In order to further verify the cycloid reducer for the key parts of reliability,mechanical analysis and probability design using ANSYS software(PDS)module is the key parts of the parametric finite element model for reliability analysis.(4)The analysis of the factors affecting the reliability of the key parts of cycloid reducer.Firstly,there is no initial gap,calculation formula of cycloid gear and pin gear contact force;secondly analyzes the initial clearance,contact force calculation formula of cycloid gear and pin gear,using MATLAB to write a program to calculate the contact force of initial clearance of cycloidal gear and pin gear;finally,using ADAMS software to solve the contact force of cycloidal gear and pin the teeth of the calculation results of two kinds of contact force,contact force to find more close to the real situation.Use this value into the solving of key parts reliability model,reliability calculation method to verify the PDS module accurately,but also prove that the initial clearance of cycloid reducer key parts reliability calculation of influence.(5)The realization of reliability evaluation software of cycloid pin wheel reducer.VB.net and MATLAB are used to write the reliability analysis software.The software includes the cycloid pin gear reducer structure diagram,reliability block diagram,FMEA table,fault tree,fault tree qualitative analysis module and so on.The whole reliability analysis process is integrated,which shortens the time of reliability analysis.
