With the rapid development of China's railway industry,the rail transit has become the first choice for people.At the same time,how to better ensure the safety of train problems become the focus.Axle is an important part of the train,axial shaft with the increase in running time will produce fatigue cracks on the safety of the train threat.In this paper,the axle of the train as the object of study,using acoustic emission nondestructive testing technology,different types of acoustic emission signal data are extracted,combined with the gray system theory cluster analysis,assess the risk of the axle,and ultimately get the risk level of the axle.The subject can be roughly divided into two parts: early stage acoustic emission signal extraction experiment and later data processing risk assessment.The acoustic emission signal extraction stage,through the axle failures of AE signals acquisition experiment,extract different risk types of axle of the acoustic emission signal;Then data processing,according to the standard specimen nondestructive acoustic emission signal,set up the evaluation standard,then make the grey clustering model analysis,and verify its accuracy;finally,the risk assessment phase.The measuring state axle acoustic emission signal data process treatment,through the analysis and calculation,make the decision of the level of axle.The two part of the project is a combination of related,based on the experiment,make the gray clustering analysis for the experimental results,then get the final evaluation of the safety performance of the axle.Through such method,the train axle by using acoustic emission technology for real-time monitoring,through the analysis of acoustic emission signal data and parameters,evaluate the risk level of the axle,and get the axle current state,or to take preventive maintenance measures on the axle,improve the safety factor in the process of moving trains,ensure the safety of the train running...
