The concrete bridge tower of the cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge has a vertical crack in the operation and use of the bridge.Whether the crack is stable or not,to what extent is it expanding and extending to the structure,how much damage to the structure?This series of problems related to the use of structure,safety,durability and strengthening and maintenance of the economy,effectiveness,scientific research and design must be solved.Taking the concrete pylon of a suspension bridge as the research object,the relationship between the temperature difference of the tower wall thickness and the crack is theoretically and experimentally studied.The main contents include:1.the research status of temperature field distribution,temperature stress and cracks in concrete pylon at home and abroad is briefly described.The shortcomings in the research are also presented.The related theories of concrete fracture mechanics at home and abroad and the finite element analysis are summarized.2.with a concrete tower as the research object,observation of spring and winter 3 season two concrete tower temperature variable and tower inner surface part of the crack width of the depth of the time change,the change of the temperature field with time is analyzed,the crack width and change of depth with time were analysis.3.a three-dimensional entity model of concrete bridge tower is established,and the temperature field distribution of tower tower is analyzed and calculated,and compared with the field observation results.4.based on the theory of concrete structure fracture mechanics and temperature change effect,combined with the observation data of vertical cracks in bridge pylon,the model of concrete bridge tower with vertical cracks is established,and the expansion of cracks under different temperature load conditions is analyzed.The expansion and variation of vertical cracks under the condition of temperature change are analyzed and summarized.
