For a long time,a lot of oil sludge has been produced in the process of crude oil exploitation,storage and processing.The storage of these oil sludge occupies a huge space,and the direct discharge will cause serious environmental pollution,moreover,there are a lot of recoverable oil resources in the sludge,so how to realize the recycling and harmless treatment of the sludge has become an urgent problem for the practitioners to solve.Power ultrasound has been widely used in the field of crude oil cracking and viscosity reduction,which has no pollution,low energy consumption,simple process,good treatment effect,and many other advantages,so the ultrasonic technology in sludge disposal has great application prospect.The purpose of this paper is to research on the key techniques for sludge ultrasonic processing,and design an equipment system which can be used in production processing,to accelerate the power ultrasonic processing technology in the practical application in the field of oil sludge disposal process and scale.Based on the linear acoustic correlation assumption and far-field sound pressure calculation formula in ideal medium,this paper studies a kind of annular power ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer array,research the influence of different transducer array parameters such as array number,array angle and radius of array circle in sound pressure distribution by numerical simulation method,in order to get higher average sound pressure in sound field space and a uniform distribution of sound pressure to study out the reasonable power ultrasonic transducer array layout.Then based on the array acoustic field theory research,to meet the needs of industrial production,design of power ultrasonic sludge processing craft route and develop a set of power ultrasonic sludge processing equipment,and use the finite element modal analysis and strength analysis to study the vibration response of device in the working status,to ensure the reliability of the device.On the other hand,using the simplified experiment device to explore the sludge physical parameters such as sludge physical parameters,ultrasonic time and stirring speed on the effects of the ultrasonic sludge processing,which can provide a certain guiding role for the industrial production processing.
