With the increase of the number of private cars in the city,the volume of conventional bus has been decreasing for three years.This is contrary to the goal of building a public transit city and the development strategy of public transport priority,and it can not meet the expectations of urban residents for increasing the level of public transportation.Whether passengers are willing to choose bus trips is closely related to the psychological perception of passengers during the bus journey.From the perspective of traffic psychology,it is an important part to evaluate the travel time of public transportation in one way state,and it is also a lack of research direction in the field of traffic.In this paper,the characteristics of the distribution regularity and the influencing factors of the passenger transit time deviation index are analyzed,and the relative significant factors in the vehicle environment are deeply explored,the internal environment complexity of the vehicle is quantized and classified,and the prediction model of the bus psychological travel time is set up and the environment complexity in different vehicles is aimed at the complexity of the environment.Firstly,the psychological and behavioral characteristics of passengers in the bus are analyzed,and the distribution rules and process characteristics of bus travel time perception deviation index are explored.Factor analysis and correlation analysis were carried out,the feature variables with high weight and high correlation were extracted.Secondly,according to the discussion and summary of the measurement index of the space environment,the innovation concept of the environmental complexity in the bus is put forward,the quantitative and classification indexes of the environmental complexity in the bus are selected and the characteristics are analyzed and classified,and the evaluation system is set up,and the quantitative evaluation model of the complexity of the internal environment of the bus is set up,and the selection of the quantitative evaluation model is established.A model example is used to verify the validity of the model.Finally,it summarizes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the prediction method of bus travel time,summarizes the procedure of selecting the mental travel time of the bus by using neural network method,establishes the BP neural network prediction model of the bus psychological travel time,and compares the advantages of the model with example analysis,and at the same time,it establishes the different vehicles.The BP neural network model for predicting the psychological travel time of public traffic is presented.The results of this paper have high research value on improving the service system of bus vehicles.The effective psychological travel time prediction can be used as the theoretical basis for the satisfaction measurement of the traveler's bus travel,and it is important to meet the traveler's travel time psychological demand and to raise the attraction of passengers' bus travel.It also provides an effective modeling method and application reference for the field of traffic psychology.
