| As one of pillar industries in China,the construction industry has a solid status and plays a decisive role on stimulating the national economic growth.But in recent years,because of the economic downturn of the country,the ongoing recession in the housing market,the labor shortage and so on,the rapid growth of the construction industry has been in the past,the whole industry is experiencing the economic depression,and the competition between enterprises are more and more fierce.In order to adapt to the change of industry situation and to develop in the increasingly tough market competition,construction enterprise s should attach importance to the comprehensive promotion of the cost control management of the construction project,to minimize the capital investment and promote the profit and competitiveness of enterprises.Taking the cost control of HDZX construction project as the research object,based on the theoretical study about cost influencing factors of the construction project,and the cost control mode of the construction project at home and abroad,this paper introduces the basic situation,the progress situation,management structure,investment and financing,and natural conditions of HDZX construction project,analyzes technical,economic,organizational and contractual factors affecting the cost of the construction project,then use the AHP method to evaluate the importance of cost influential factors of the construction project,use the DEMAREL method to evaluate the relationship between cost influential factors of the construction project,and finds that although economic and technical factors are the main factors affecting the cost of HDZX engineering project,but they are passiveness,and are influenced actively by organizational and contractual factors.In order to strengthen the comprehensive control of the cost of HDZX construction project,according to evaluation results of cost influential factors of the construction project,design the entire cost control scheme from four aspects of technical,economic,organizational and contractual schemes,and in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the cost control scheme of the construction project,put forward a series of management security measures for the cost control from three aspects of promoting informatization management,improving personnel management and enhancing project culture management. |
