With the fast development of the defense,military and aerospace industries,the use range of relays has continuously expanded and the market occupation has also increased dramatically.In recent years,electromagnetic relays have developed along the direction of “small size,high power,and high reliability.” Because of the above characteristics,the balance force relay has been widely used in military and industry fields.However,due to its large power,the balance force relay will inevitably produce a strong arc when switching loads,which will seriously affect the life and reliability of the relay.Therefore,the development of high level reliable balance force relays is imminent.In this thesis,the balanced force electromagnetic system has been analyzed and studied.The optimization design for the electromagnetic system of a type of the balance completes has been accomplished,which obtains the ideal parameter combination.It verifies the effectiveness of the optimization design by the simulation verification and physical prototype.Firstly,two kinds of balanced force electromagnetic systems are analyzed,and the geometric models of the two electromagnetic systems are established through three-dimensional design software.The working principle of the two electromagnetic systems is analyzed deeply.The magnetic circuit is used to establish the equivalent magnetic circuit of different electromagnetic systems.Through the static characteristics simulation software FLUX,the ideal electromagnetic system structure is obtained,combined with the analysis of the parts producing difficulty and other factors.Secondly,the static characteristics simulation model of the electromagnetic system is established using FLUX,which verified that the suction reaction force matching can meet the design requirements through static characteristics simulation analysis.Based on FLUX,the dynamic characteristics simulation model is established.With the dynamic simulation,the magnetic induction cloud map of the electromagnetic system at different moments are obtained.The displacement,velocity,acceleration of the armature and the current change curve of the coil are obtained.Based on the simulation results and the actual measurements,we get the error of the simulation results.Finally,the parametric design principle is expounded and the objective function of parameter design is determined.Based on the simulation of dynamicand static characteristics from FLUX,the continuous changes of various structural parameters affecting the objective function are analyzed,and the key parameters that have a great influence on the objective function are obtained.Experiments are arranged by the orthogonal test method,and simulation calculations are performed using FLUX.Data processing is performed using the internal and external table direct product method.Data analysis is performed according to the conventional signal to noise ratio and signal to noise ratio analysis methods based on the characteristics of the desired features to determine the best The combination of parameters;the validity of the optimized design are determined by the simulation calculation and physical prototyping.
