Dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has wide application prospects due to its large capacity,small torque ripple and strong fault tolerance.However,due to the existence of harmonic subspace,the current harmonic Bobbi three-phase motor of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is larger,and the loss of motor is increased.Therefore,the current harmonic problem of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied in this paper.First,the mathematical model of the dual phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is set up,and the control model based on double d-q transform and vector space decoupling is derived,and the vector space decoupling simulation model is built and the current harmonic analysis is carried out.PR and extended state observer are used to suppress the five and seven harmonics of two phase three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor.Secondly,two methods of periodic frequency modulation and inverting periodic frequency modulation are adopted to suppress high-frequency harmonic current.In the two spread spectrum methods,three different spread spectrum functions,including trigonometric spread spectrum function,sawtooth spread spectrum function and sine wave spread function,are used to suppress high-frequency harmonic current,and the effect of high-frequency harmonic current suppression is verified by simulation.At the same time,the spread spectrum effect and characteristics of three different spread spectrum functions under different frequency modulation ratio are analyzed.Then,an improved vector arrangement modulation strategy is proposed for the high frequency harmonic current suppression of the dual phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).By changing the switching sequence of the SVPWM algorithm,the high-frequency harmonic current is suppressed.The frequency spectrum of the 10 k Hz and 20 k Hz fixed switch frequency maximum four vector modulation is analyzed by simulation.The periodic spread spectrum modulation and the high frequency current spectrum of the new modulation strategy are analyzed.The current spectrum of the four strategies is compared.At the same time,the three aspects of the lowest noise frequency,PWM frequency and switching loss are compared.Finally,on the basis of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,the hardware experiment platform of the dual phase permanent magnet synchronous motor based on TMS320F28335 is designed.Based on the hardware platform,the designed PR controller,the extended state observer and the spread spectrum strategy are experimentally verified.The experimental results prove the effectiveness of the three algorithms.
