At present,China is in a period of rapid economic and social development,but also faced with increasingly serious constraints on resources and the environment.Environmental pollution and ecological damage have reached the limit of natural ecological environment.Under such circumstances,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council formulated the "energy conservation and emission reduction" strategy in order to alleviate the enormous pressure on resources and environment in China,to cope with global climate change and achieve sustainable economic and social development of our country.After continuous efforts,in 12 th Five-Year,China’s total energy consumption per unit of GDP decreased by 18.2%,the trend of environmental pollution has been effectively curbed.However,China’s energy demand is still in the stage of rigid growth,energy-saving emission reduction task is still very grim.The theoretical research and practical experience of the countries in the world show that building energy is the most potential field of energy saving,and is the focus of energy conservation work.Building energy consumption accounts for about 20% of the total energy consumption of our country.With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,the building energy consumption will be greatly increased.At present,China’s heating with coal as the main energy,so the environmental pollution caused by heating coal is also quite serious.In this case,it is of great practical significance to study the development and utilization of solar energy utilization technology for building integrated solar energy technology.This article in the domestic and foreign solar hot air heating technology research and application on the basis of a new solar air transpired plate thermal performance of the collector were simulated in the Jinan area are analyzed on energy saving and economical application of transpired plate solar air heating system.This paper analyzes the working principle and characteristics of the micro plate solar air collector,and establishes the flow and heat transfer model.The thermal performance of the solar air collector was studied by means of numerical simulation.The effects of seepage velocity,surface absorptivity,surface emissivity,pore size,pore space,solar radiation intensity,outdoor air temperature and outdoor wind speed on the thermal performance of the micro plate air collector were analyzed.In this paper,a solar hot air heating system with micro plate was designed for the workshop of a building insulation material factory in Jinan.In the day time during the winter heating,indoor plant temperature is maintained at 16℃,time indoor temperature maintained at 6℃ under the condition of guarantee rate of the micro plate solar air heating system of solar,wind and solar energy directly to the guarantee rate of direct air hours are analyzed,discussed the feasibility of the application of transpired plate solar air heating system in Jinan.The energy efficiency and environmental benefits of the application of solar air heating system in the micro plate production workshop on were calculated and analyzed.Results show that the solar air heating system of the transpired plate has the significant economic benefits and environmental protection,suitable for application in Jinan.
