The precise orbit determination of space target is one of the key technologies in the space situation awareness and the development of the space target cataloging.It is an important embodiment of the national space control capability,and is an important technical support for the space superiority.At present,the construction of the ground radar network in our country has already begun to take shape,and the space target,especially the tracking and detection of the low orbit target has become the norm.Firstly,a comprehensive analysis,which includes the domestic and foreign algorithm research,the software development and application,and the development trend,is studied.And the enlightenment is concluded for research on the method of precise orbit determination for low orbit target based on Multi Strategy data.Secondly,a series of foundation theories are studied,such as the standard time,the coordinate systems and related conversion,the description method of space target orbit,and the perturbation factor on space targets,and the characteristics of ground-based radar measurement system.A solid foundation of the basic theory laid a solid foundation for the further study.Again,along the research route map of “data preprocessing-smoothing and filtering-error correction”,the measure data detection and error correction,data smoothing and filtering algorithm,sequential orbit calculation,is studied.Based on the comprehensive literature and existing methods,a moving arc average smoothing and the use of distance correction method for space target precise orbit calculation is raised.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm and the precision is analyzed based on the measured data.The design and implementation of the calculation software is accomplished.The developed software for low orbit space target based on multi arc measured data includes functions such as precise orbit calculation,orbit prediction and orbit data management and so on.In addition,the software provides support to the long-term cyclic tracking and monitoring work of radar stations based on the target measurement.Space target precise orbit determination and prediction is an important basis of national defense construction and national economy development and the contribution of scientific research and it is becoming increasingly prominent,the research results of the thesis have certain practical significance.
