It is of great importance to accurately control the intake of electronic throttle based on the demand of torque to improve the dynamic characteristics,emission characteristics and fuel efficiency of automobiles.Therefore,it is very important to study the control methods of electronic throttle under different perturbations with electronic throttle as the control object.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Electronic throttle modelingThe electronic throttle consists of a reset spring,a servo motor,a reduction gear set and a position sensor.According to the application requirements and the basic principle of electronic throttle operating process,the voltage duty ratio is set as the throttle input,and the throttle opening is the output.The model parameters are obtained by doing experiments and checking data.2.Research on control methodsIn view of the statistical characteristics of internal interference and external uncertain disturbance in the control circuit of electronic throttle,a discrete electronic throttle control method based on kalman +PID is proposed.The method can filter the disturbance information and improve the stability and accuracy of the control.For the parameter perturbation problem,the compensation and robust terms of the model are added in the PI robust control algorithm based on the model.Experiments show that the algorithm can accelerate the convergence of throttle model,and the control system can maintain good control performance within a certain range of parameter perturbation.Adaptive backstepping controller based on the control input that is considering regulating voltage and interference under the condition of limited,to join the adaptive law,through the backward design method of the electronic throttle controller is designed.By searching lyapunov function,it is proved that the adaptive backstepping system of controlled input in this paper is globally asymptotic and stable.3.Experimental verificationThe simulation model of electronic throttle control system was built by simulink.The simulation curves of kalman +PID control method,PI robust control method based on model and adaptive backstepping control method based on controlled input are given.The simulation results show that the three control methods proposed in this paper can overcome the sensor error outside the loop,parameters perturbation,and the adverse effects brought by the external environment with limited input in order.The semi-physical simulation is designed to further prove the effectiveness of the three control methods.And it has some robustness.
