Based on the requirement of the long-pulse magnetic field with high-stability flat – top,Wuhan National High Magnetic Field Center builds a set of pulsed power supply system using battery banks as energy storage components,in order to supply power for the long-pulse magnet with pulse width up to seconds.Accordingly,This paper tries to design a current measurement system which based on the Rogowski coil and integrator.And it will be applied to the pulsed power supply system.This paper mainly involves the current measurement,the theoretical modeling and design of the Rogowski coil,the design of integrator,and the test of the whole current measurement system.In the context of pulsed current measurement,compared with several current measurement methods,and combined with the characteristics of pulsed power supply system,the Rogowski coil is finally chosen as the current measurement tools.In the context of the theoretical modeling and design of the Rogowski coil,the operating principle and two working states are introduced.The impact of some structural and electrical parameters on the performance of the Rogowski coil is analyzed.The mathematical models including the position error and installation errors of the clamp-type PCB Rogowski coil are built and simulated.And the design of the PCB Rogowski coil is introduced.In the context of the integrator,it is proved that the integrator with feedback is not suitable for the current measurement in this study.The scheme of inhibiting the integral drift is determined.The design of the integrator is introduced in detail.In the realization of data acquisition,the selection of the data acquisition equipment and the design of the data acquisition program are introduced.Finally,the current measurement system is applied to the pulsed power supply system for testing.The results show that the current measurement system has a high accuracy,and can completely satisfy the requirement of the current measurement. |
