With the rapid development of urban rail transit,as well as subway clearance restrictions and aesthetic needs,the third rail current collection system composed of the contact rail and shoegear began to gradually promote the application.But the study of the third rail current collection system is still in its infancy in China.The third rail and the shoe to maintain a stable contact which is an important guarantee for the safety of vehicle operation.And when the shoe glided at high speed on the third rail,the load environment is very complex.Therefore,the research on the contact force between the contact rail and the shoegear has a strong engineering background and practical significance.Based on the above background,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the differential equation of motion between contact rail and shoegear is deduced according to the principle of virtual displacement.On this basis,the dynamic characteristics of contact rail under moving load are analyzed by Newmark method.For the dynamic characteristics of the shoegear,the amplitude-frequency characteristic test was carried out in the room.Secondly,by using the differential equation of motion of the shoe and the contact rail,the contact force is used to couple the two part to establish the differential equation of motion of the contact rail / shoe system.Based on MATLAB software,the influence of train running speed,contact rail span,contact stiffness,stiffness of supporting mechanism and contact rail irregularity on the contact quality is discussed by using the Newmark method in stepwise integration method.Finally,through the Wuxi Metro Line 2,the test of the distribution of the contact pressure of the locomotive at different speeds,the vibration characteristics of the shoe and the contact characteristics of the shoe at the low speed through the end elbow are analyzed.Through the test data,the basic understanding of the dynamic characteristics of the third rail current collection system is carried out,and the simulation model is optimized.
