With the increasing global warming and pollution problems,the path of human development is also facing severe challenge of energy depletion,solar energy as a clean renewable energy has been attracted widely attention and research.This type of cell with the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite material CH3NH3PbX3?X=I,Br,Cl?has a high absorbance coefficient,high carrier mobility,long carrier transport distance,lower cost,and cost as an absorptive layer can be the whole solution.These excellent properties provide the possibility of"mesoscopic"perovskite solar cells.Therefor we carried out the following works:?1?Through the selection,use the two-step way to synthetic CH3NH3PbCl3 perovskite materials.And the three dimensional space structure of TiO2 nanorods mesoporous is introduced into the device structure,so the TiO2 nanorods basement is synthesized.?2?The mesoscopic structure are investigated in the research.The solution spin coating method is chosen for the growth of perovskite material suction light.After the layers of materials was made,a completely perovskite solar cell device was assembled.?3?Virtual Instrument Technology has been applied in automatic test system design for PSCs.Then 3 testing software?known as vi?are programed with LabVIEW 2014.?4?On the basis of actual devices and test results,obtained the best thickness of TiO2dense layer,then according to this thickness to explore the best length of TiO2 nanorods.
