With the development of society, human dependence on traditional fossil fuels oil, coal, natural gas is increasingly significant. But the traditional fossil energy is a non-renewable energy, and human's long-term exploitation will eventually lead to the depletion of fossil energy. On the one hand, there has been a continuous rise in oil prices in 21 st century, and it is a precursor to the arrival of oil and the oil crisis. On the other hand, environmental protection has received increasing attention in the world of people.Emissions of pollutants from burning conventional fossil energy are the major factors of the frequent fog and haze.At those dual factors, governments and scientists urgently search for new alternative fuels.DME,as a new alternative fuel, recently has attracted the attention of researchers.DME's formula is CH3OCH3 which belongs to ethers of simple structure with no carbon-carbon bonds, and has a high cetane value which is the premise of smoke-free emissions.Using the DME/diesel blended fuel in an internal combustion engine can significantly improve both internal combustion engine emissions, and also solve poor lubrication problem of the pure dimethyl ether,so dimethyl ether/diesel blended with has attached much interest from research institutions.Since DME / diesel directly applied to the internal combustion engine, there are still many restrictions, especially the unavoidable vaporization phenomenon in the pump chamber, which will produce abnormal fluctuations and cause the abnormal or uneven supply of fuel injector. The simulation results have shown that a new technology solution of side in the high-pressure pipeline through the check valve can eliminate air resistance and improve the vaporization chamber of the pump problem,so this paper for this technical solution is to design a series of pilot programs to test and verify the pump chamber vapor locking and By-Pass check valves technology feasibility.Simulation results show that pump chamber vaporization problems of dimethyl ether/diesel blended fuel have the most obvious manifestation in the traditional B-type pump. This article will take 2-135 injection pump as an object to design a complete supply system, and can adjust the pressure of low-pressure fuel system, and also conduct pump test of the fuel injection test platform.Design a reliable measurement system to detect the pumping chamber vaporization and check effect of By-Pass check valves.Meanwhile,by changing the supply pressure, mixing ratio, pump speed and oil temperature to verify the vaporization in pump chamber and the effect of By-Pass valves.By the test data analysis and processing,Finally,DME / diesel hybrid fuel supply system test has also made some requests for the design of By-Pass check valves based on the perspective of the actual use. Finally, the summary of the full article and the prospects for future research directions have been made in the end.
