Gearbox system has played an important role in connection and power transmission for the overall machine,and its advantages include steady running,high transmission efficiency and long-term working life.Therefore,Gearbox system has been widely used in aviation,transportation,agriculture,manufacturing,and other modern machinery equipments,playing an indispensable role.Gearbox inner structure is very complex and kinds of components have some precision errors about processing and assembling,with the additional working environment of top load and high speed,which leads to kinds of component damage and failure.The huge economic loss or even a serious threat to personal safety will follow.However,gearbox body is the carrier of vibration signal which contains various system fault features.So it is necessary to thoroughly and meticulously research a new fault diagnosis technology about the vibration information of gearbox's body surface,which will bring huge industrial value and research significance What's more important is the fault features separation from the complex vibration signal.This subject's main research content is as follows:(1)Dynamic model of gear meshing transmission is the foundation of the further study of gearbox fault vibration mechanism.By theoretical analysis and comparing normal and fault signal,we know that the important factors of influencing the vibration include gear pair's own error and meshing stiffness change.(2)Carry out the finite element modal calculation by PRO/E and ANSYS Workbench to obtain the corresponding vibration modes of modal frequencies,which is prepared to give a reasonable explanation for possible appearance of gear pair or gearbox's modal frequencies.Analyze the stress distribution on the meshing surface and speculate the possible failure positions and fault forms.(3)Increase gear fault types(such as gear wear,gear root cracks,gear snap,gear pitting,gear veneer)for teaching experiment platform's fault simulation by additional manufacture,gather the vibration signal,process and analyze signal by LabVIEW programs,compare to normal gear vibration signal figures(including time domain spectrum,frequency domain spectrum,power spectrum,Hilbert demodulation spectrum),then extract gears' fault features targetedly and systematically,provide technical support for gear's fault diagnosis.
