Along with the mature development of the traditional power grid,in order to solve the current situation of uneven distribution of energy,distributed generation has been developed in many places.The construction and research of DC micro grid in the micro grid field is still expanding,there are a variety of renewable energy power generation systems,energy storage systems,DC power supply equipment.In this paper,the DC micro grid as the application background,to DC bus and electric equipment provide energy conversion of DCDC converter as the research object,to carry out two-way DCDC converter control method and control strategy research,the main research contents are as follows:According to the requirements of a University of DC micro grid experiment platform construction project design index,the bi-directional DCDC converter structure is applied to the system in micro grid,analysis the working process and principle of the converte under different working modes,parameters of the main power circuit is designed,and the switch tube,capacitor selection etc.,in PSIM simulation software to verify the rationality of the parameter selection.The control mode and the realization method of converter are analyzed,and the small signal model is established according to the basic working principle.According to different working modes,the closed-loop control loop is analyzed,and the loop parameters are designed by using SISO tool Matlab tool.In the end,the design strategy of the controller is proposed based on the combination of PI and sliding mode controller.Research on bidirectional full bridge DCDC converter system performance influence factor,by using the MATLAB/Simulink and PSIM two software simulation platform,simulation model of the system is established.The analysis of the two-way dynamic switching control strategy,and for the micro grid applications,in particular,proposed the optimization scheme.According to the simulation results,the influences of the type and parameters of the controller and the dynamic switching strategy on the performance of the system are studied and analyzed.5kW electric vehicle bi-directional DCDC converter(used in micro grid bus and electric vehicle platform energy bidirectional transform)control system hardware circuit is designed,in DSP28335 achieve the main program,interrupt program,and the control methods and Strategies of program design.Finally,the converter,the DC micro grid system and single joint commissioning test,analysis of test results.
